I’ve had this finished for awhile now I just never got around to submitting it. It’s Belldandy in Gothic Lolita.

I tried to make it similar to her style hope it looks like something she would actually wear.

Belldandy is copyrighted to the makers of Oh My Goddess.
Art copyrighted to me.
Approximately 10 hours- the background took an hour.
